Shipping & Delivery

Free Insured Worldwide Shipping

Every original painting ships worldwide free of charge. Shipping is fully insured and tracked door to door — you'll receive the tracking number as soon as your painting is on its way.

How Your Painting Travels

Paintings are shipped unstretched, rolled in a rigid protective tube. This is the safest way to transport original canvases internationally — it protects the surface from pressure and impact and keeps insurance fully effective in transit.

On arrival, any local framer can stretch the canvas and, if you wish, frame it to match your space. It's a routine service, and it means you choose exactly how the work is presented in your home.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every original painting is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity I sign personally, documenting the title, medium, dimensions, and year of the work.

Damage Protection

Every shipment is fully insured. In the unlikely event your painting arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging, and you'll receive a full refund.

Customs & Import Fees

Original artworks are typically exempt from import duties in the United States, the European Union, and many other countries. Depending on your country, local VAT or a small processing fee may apply on delivery; any such fees are the buyer's responsibility. Every shipment includes the invoice and certificate of authenticity customs officials expect, so clearance is smooth.

Returns

Direct purchases are final sale — but you'll never buy blind. Before you commit, I'm happy to share additional photos and videos of the painting, or show it to you live on a video call so you can see the true colors, texture, and scale.

Prefer the option of free returns? Many of my works are also available on Saatchi Art, which offers its own 14-day return service — the link appears on each painting's page where available.
